The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Per Diem role is onsite in Sayre, PA, with pay of $22 per hour. Compensation is $22 per hour. Revv Staffing provides priority access to available shifts at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The role provides compassionate, hands-on resident care and supports nursing staff in maintaining residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being. CNAs assist with daily activities, monitor and report changes in condition, follow care plans and facility protocols, and document resident information.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and transportation
• monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• follow individualized care plans and facility protocols
• maintain a clean, safe environment using infection-control protocols
• accurately document resident information in electronic health record systems.
