The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position is onsite in Del Norte, CO, with pay of $16–$23 per hour. River Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center provides resident care in a rehabilitation and healthcare center. The CNA provides hands-on, resident-centered care that supports residents’ comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being. The role contributes to quality care by assisting with daily activities, monitoring and reporting changes, and communicating with the nursing team, residents, and families.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition or behavior
• round on residents and respond to needs
• support comfort, safety, and well-being
• communicate with nurses, residents, families, and team members
• follow facility policies and long-term care standards.
