What you'll do

• Manage recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
• partner with hiring managers on workforce needs
• source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• screen and assess candidates
• coordinate interviews and feedback
• prepare candidate summaries
• maintain talent pipelines and recruiting records
• support offers and onboarding
• monitor recruiting metrics
• and maintain a positive candidate experience.
