The role supports individuals in building social and self-care skills, communicating, exploring interests, and participating in community life. Through activities at the center and community outings, the professional contributes to individual engagement and continuity of quality care.

What you'll do

• Support individuals with social skills, self-care, communication, and exploring interests
• accompany individuals on community outings such as recreation, volunteering, music and art classes, and social events
• support social and leisure activities at the group day center
• plan monthly community outings
• maintain accurate notes. An active driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
