The salary range is $115,000–$130,000 per year, negotiable. Fulfillment IQ supports supply chain engineering and transformation for brands, retailers, and third-party logistics providers. The consultant leads configuration design and implementation workstreams, translating warehouse requirements into scalable Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions. The role helps client teams deliver warehouse transformations aligned with operational goals, system standards, and implementation practices, from design and testing through deployment and stabilization.

What you'll do

• Lead configuration workstreams and design for warehouse processes
• translate business requirements into Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions
• lead client workshops
• configure the system using Configuration Director and related tools
• govern multi-configuration environments
• collaborate with functional, technical, integration, QA, and client teams
• validate changes
• support integration discussions, testing, defect triage, go-live readiness, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live improvements
• document specifications and workflows
• mentor junior consultants
• identify risks and optimization opportunities.
