The manager leads in-house aerial and underground fiber construction crews in the North District, planning and delivering network construction safely, on schedule, and within budget. The role supports reliable service for customers by coordinating crews, project resources, field standards, and construction partners.

What you'll do

• Supervise aerial and underground construction crews
• hire, train, and coach team members
• plan weekly crew schedules and allocate people, equipment, and materials
• manage budgets and costs
• track milestones and report progress
• coordinate in-house and contracted work
• enforce safety and quality standards
• conduct job briefings and inspections
• maintain project documentation
• coordinate with pole owners, agencies, and property owners
• address complaints and claims
• improve construction processes.
