What you'll do

• Provide individual casework and counseling to students and families
• participate in diagnostic and educational planning teams
• consult with school personnel
• conduct home visits
• provide support groups, crisis intervention, assessments, behavior plans, parent education, case management, referrals, and advocacy
• prepare social and developmental histories
• coordinate school and community resources
• participate in Medicaid school services as a licensed provider.
