What you'll do

• Maintain community cleanliness and appearance
• follow safety procedures and company policies
• assist with work orders as directed by the maintenance supervisor
• help prepare vacant apartments for move-ins
• remove litter and refuse from grounds and vacated apartments
• perform other assigned groundskeeper responsibilities.
