What you'll do

• Maintain departmental procedures, job aids, checklists, and internal tools
• manage PBCA Knowledge Center content
• track regulatory updates and help integrate guidance into documentation and learning systems
• assist in creating and revising presentations, guides, video scripts, e-learning modules, and digital toolkits
• maintain version control and repositories
• support training events
• create and publish digital media
• help maintain social media channels and newsletters
• assist with distributing HUD and PBCA updates and compiling compliance reference materials
• organize documentation and feedback for quality assurance.
