What you'll do

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
• develop, execute, and refine recipes
• monitor ingredients and finished products
• manage production schedules
• process customer orders
• maintain ingredient and supply inventory
• and assist the Pastry Chef with daily operations and special requests.
