What you'll do

• Manage inquiries, follow-up, proposals, and bookings
• conduct venue tours, meetings, tastings, and consultations
• manage contracts, payments, deposits, invoices, and client accounts
• plan event layouts, timelines, and documentation
• coordinate internal staff and outside vendors
• maintain online venue profiles
• represent the venue at marketing and lead-generation events
• lead onsite event execution, setup, and staff meetings
• maintain client and event records.
