Registered Dietitian — Acute and Behavioral Health

What you'll do

• Provide nutrition assessments and care services
• develop individualized nutrition care plans
• evaluate nutritional status, health goals, medical conditions, and dietary restrictions
• monitor intake and progress and adjust interventions
• educate patients on healthy eating
• consult with patients, families, and care teams
• document assessments and recommendations
• review and approve menus and communicate dietary requirements to Food Services
• participate in treatment planning
• maintain regulatory and organizational compliance.
