What you'll do

• Welcome and assist guests and members
• maintain locker rooms, relaxation areas, lounges, treatment corridors, and other guest spaces
• prepare and replenish linens and amenities
• orient guests to facilities when appropriate
• prepare refreshments
• assist treatment providers with linens, room turnover, and supplies as needed
• collect, wash, fold, and distribute linens
• monitor inventory
• assist with opening and closing
• report maintenance, cleanliness, or safety concerns
• support special events, member experiences, VIP visits, and wellness programming
• protect guest privacy
• collaborate with spa colleagues.
