What you'll do

• Supervise farm hands performing harvesting, transplanting, weeding, and field preparation and cleanup
• assist the farm manager with greenhouse seeding, transplanting, field work, moving materials, equipment maintenance and repair, groundskeeper supervision, and animal care
• help supervise work-share participants and volunteers
• assist with selling and donating produce
• answer visitors’ questions about farm activities
• hire, train, and evaluate farm hands
• train and schedule work-share participants and volunteers.

Why this role
