What you'll do

• Support lab PCs and instrument-connected systems

• support Windows, Active Directory, permissions, basic networking, and backup and restore
• fulfill the IT role in computer system validation
• support IQ/OQ activities
• maintain Veeva, change-control, validation, and technical documentation
• provide occasional off-hours support, described as rare and roughly quarterly.
