The Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) - Initial License Trainee position is an onsite role based in Carlock, IL. Compensation is specified as $159,000 to $182,000 per year during training, with potential for higher earnings post-licensure, supporting the Clinton Nuclear Power Station. This role exists to train and prepare candidates to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor. Upon successful completion of the NRC-licensed training program, the candidate will supervise licensed activities in the reactor control room and oversee bargaining unit reactor and equipment operators.

What you'll do

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) including classroom, examination, and on-the-job training.
• Successfully complete all phases to obtain an SRO license.
• Perform assigned duties including emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage support.
