What you'll do

• Greet and register patients
• obtain or verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and complete documentation
• collect and log co-pays and fees
• answer and transfer calls
• schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and confirm visits
• provide preparation and safety orientation and directions
• coordinate with back-office staff
• safeguard patient property, health information, medications, cash, and financial information
• maintain professional, respectful interactions with patients and coworkers.
