What you'll do

• Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets related to Business Central and associated systems
• provide first-level user support and troubleshooting
• document, categorize, and resolve tickets under IT policies
• escalate complex issues
• assist users with Finance, Operations, and Service processes
• identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
• support knowledge-base articles and documentation
• collaborate with IT team members and business users across departments and subsidiaries.
