What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain status reports, RSVP documents, screening requests, critics’ grids, calendars, agendas, and press request grids
• adapt schedules around screenings
• maintain talent schedules
• organize press breaks and reviews
• research news coverage and online reactions
• draft screening reports
• create and edit email and social media materials using Photoshop and Premiere
• coordinate phone interviews
• assist with special projects, events, and screenings.
