What you'll do

• Co-teach and build an engaging and joyful classroom environment
• Teach basic principles of mathematics, reading, writing, science, and social studies
• Analyze student work samples and assessments weekly
• Differentiate instruction for all learners
• Build positive relationships with students
• Partner with students' families
• Engage in practice-based professional development, mentorship, and coaching
• Support morning arrival, lunch duty, student assemblies, class transitions, and after-school dismissal
• Participate in weekly, school-wide meetings
• Partner with grade level team to develop academic goals and practice instructional strategies.
