Lab Coordinator — BioPharma Testing

What you'll do

• Coordinate studies and testing activities, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
• review quotations, purchase orders, protocols, methods, specifications, and client instructions
• maintain study records and schedules in LIMS, CRM, and other systems
• verify samples, materials, methods, and resources before study initiation
• communicate with clients and cross-functional teams
• monitor milestones and risks
• support scope changes, purchase orders, invoicing, and audit-ready documentation
• troubleshoot routine operational issues. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.
