What you'll do

• Maintain physical and electronic personnel files
• support compensation and benefits administration
• enter and verify HRIS data
• assist with performance management
• coordinate recruiting, selection, background checks, and onboarding
• support policy training and compliance tracking
• assist with employee concerns and workplace investigations
• prepare HR reports and documents
• represent the department in meetings as requested.
