What you'll do

• Manage renovation schedules and budgets
• create project budgets and scopes of work
• review inspections and conduct purchase diligence
• coordinate with architects and municipalities on plans and permits
• hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
• negotiate costs while protecting quality
• conduct weekly property inspections and end-of-project punch walks
• verify draw schedules and invoices
• oversee maintenance and repairs
• advise asset managers on property-sale repair requests.
