What you'll do

• Oversee restaurant operations and guest service
• develop sales strategies and local partnerships
• ensure appropriate staffing

• prepare sales projections and store action plans
• interview, hire, train, and manage team members
• handle financial, personnel, and payroll administration
• manage shifts
• monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• and work toward sales and expense goals.
