What you'll do

• Represent clients in divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division cases
• draft pleadings, motions, and agreements
• conduct legal research and stay current on family law
• attend hearings and trials and present cases
• advise and support clients throughout the legal process
• collaborate with paralegals and legal staff on case management. Requires a Juris Doctor degree, admission to the state bar in good standing, and 2–7 years of family law litigation experience.
