Production Line Leader — Caramel Factory

The Production Line Leader role is onsite in Clinton Township, MI, with a starting rate of $20 per hour. The position supports Sanders Candy’s Caramel Factory and Second Nature Brands’ production teams. The leader guides production teams in meeting daily goals while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity. By coordinating line activity, inventory, training, and compliance, the role helps keep production operations on schedule and product quality consistent.

What you'll do

• Oversee multiple production lines
• identify and escalate production issues
• maintain physical and electronic inventory records in SAP
• lead huddles and assign tasks
• onboard and coach associates
• support training of new line leaders
• ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, FDA, and SQF requirements and sanitation procedures
• coordinate with Quality Control
• and complete equipment setup and shutdown.

Why this role

Shift is 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday. High school diploma or GED and prior leadership experience are required; manufacturing experience is preferred. Starting rate is $20 per hour.
