What you'll do

• Work within the scope of the nursing license to develop and implement patient care plans
• communicate test results, scheduling, treatment, medication instructions, and patient education
• complete health care forms and referrals
• support patient flow and clinic workflow
• protect patient rights and confidentiality
• collaborate with other disciplines
• participate in meetings and quality improvement
• observe and report changes in patient condition
• record vital signs
• follow safety and infection-control practices
• assist physicians with examinations and procedures
• maintain clean work areas and monitor supplies.
