Senior Property Tax Attorney

The role also works with the founding attorney and may gradually assume greater practice leadership responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Lead property tax disputes, valuation appeals, and litigation
• represent clients in Texas state courts, hearings, mediation, and occasional trials
• draft and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation
• advise businesses on assessments, exemptions, and dispute resolution
• manage cases independently and build client relationships
• collaborate with the founding attorney on practice leadership.
