Electrical Panel Build Technician

Job overview

The Electrical Panel Build Technician role is onsite in Easley, SC, with compensation of $20–$28 per hour. Daedalus Industrial’s shop-floor team builds industrial control panels for automation and controls customers. The technician builds panels from engineering drawings and bills of materials, from bare enclosure through finished assembly. The work contributes to production of high-quality, code-compliant panels and includes wiring, inspection, documentation, and coordination around production schedules and material needs.

What you'll do

• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts
• mount enclosures and components
• install and wire PLCs, drives, HMIs, relays, and other components
• terminate and label conductors
• install power distribution components
• identify wiring errors and document drawing redlines
• maintain an organized, safe work area
• communicate build issues and material shortages.

Why this role
