Membership Sales Guide

The Membership Sales Guide role is onsite in Boston, MA, in Glowbar’s Back Bay studio. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour, with uncapped commission of up to $15 per membership and $10 per package sold. Glowbar offers custom 30-minute facial treatments led by estheticians. The guide manages the front desk and helps make each studio visit welcoming and seamless. The role drives membership and package sales, rebooks clients, manages the waitlist, communicates with clients, shares skincare product knowledge, tracks sales performance, and keeps the studio clean and organized.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients
• drive membership and package sales
• rebook appointments and manage the waitlist
• handle client communications by phone, email, and text
• share product knowledge and skincare suggestions
• upsell and cross-sell retail products where appropriate
• track sales and membership metrics
• maintain a clean, organized studio
• share observations and solutions with management.
