Telehealth Facilitator

Job overview

The Telehealth Facilitator role is onsite in Lewiston, ID, with pay of $16–$20 per hour. Compensation for fuel is provided for travel to facilities in the surrounding area. This position helps connect patients with healthcare providers during telehealth visits. The facilitator coordinates appointments, checks and troubleshoots equipment, supports healthcare professionals, and communicates with patients, families, and facility staff.

What you'll do

• Act as liaison between healthcare providers and patients during telehealth visits
• check equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and connect patients with technical support as needed
• coordinate appointments at skilled nursing facilities
• support healthcare professionals using telehealth
• connect patients to appointments on time
• communicate professionally with patients, families, facility staff, and colleagues.
