The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Hayneville, AL, with pay of $41–$42 per hour. Electrical Automation Services is seeking support for a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility in Montgomery, AL. The technician maintains and improves electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems to support safe, reliable production and reduce equipment downtime. The work includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment commissioning, and collaboration with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, controls, motors, drives, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment
• perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• diagnose failures using schematics and PLC logic
• respond to breakdowns
• maintain conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging, filling, bottling, canning, and process equipment
• assist with installation and commissioning
• document work in maintenance systems
• conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• follow safety, environmental, food and beverage, and lockout/tagout procedures.
