Facilities Specialist

The Facilities Specialist role is onsite in Eden, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $24–$27 per hour, based on experience. The position supports facility operations, warehouse activities, event setup, and building maintenance in a corporate and warehouse environment. The specialist helps keep the facility organized, functional, and responsive to employee needs. The role combines building upkeep, mail and package delivery, event setup, shipping and receiving coordination, light maintenance, inspections, and coordination with outside contractors.

What you'll do

• Support daily facility operations and building upkeep
• receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages
• set up and tear down conference rooms and events
• coordinate shipping, receiving, and movement of materials
• assist with warehouse organization and inventory storage
• support promotional events and company functions
• perform light maintenance and identify issues
• coordinate contractor service calls
• conduct inspections and compliance checks
• respond to internal facility requests
• assist with loading and unloading
• maintain a clean facility.
