What you'll do

• Clean resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
• dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize common areas, offices, and entryways
• clean carpets and hard-surface floors according to schedule
• empty trash
• clean patios, courtyards, sidewalks, ashtrays, and entryways
• disinfect frequently touched surfaces
• follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
• maintain courtyard furniture and outdoor spaces.
