- Operate the commercial dishwashing machine

- clean and maintain the dish station
- keep dishes and tools supplied
- clean floors and workspaces
- remove trash and recycling
- replenish cleaning supplies
- report equipment or safety concerns
- assist with additional cleaning and organization.
