What you'll do

• Manage the recruiting pipeline and full-cycle hiring for Behavior Technicians
• review and update job descriptions
• conduct first-round phone screens and share feedback
• respond to candidate inquiries
• extend offers
• explain the Behavior Technician role
• attend hiring events as needed
• improve recruiting processes
• track hiring metrics.
