Senior Construction Cost Manager

What you'll do

• Lead regional and project cost control functions
• develop and maintain cost systems, reports, forecasts, trend analysis, and change procedures
• validate cost data and guide corrective actions
• present monthly and quarterly performance reports
• track budgets and schedules and identify risks
• oversee cost analysis and scenario modeling
• manage proposals, estimates, and budgets
• oversee change orders
• advise on contract administration
• review contractor invoices
• mentor cost control personnel.
