What you'll do

• Assess dispatch requests for technical feasibility and completeness
• coordinate vendor dispatches and scopes of work
• optimize schedules
• track transformer repair, testing, inspection, swapping, and scrap work
• maintain purchase orders and service files with schematics, parts lists, and service history
• verify compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols, including IEEE, NETA, NEC, and UL
• maintain SAP, CRM, and service management records
• track spare parts
• issue purchase orders and work scopes
• liaise with vendors, Field Service, and Engineering
• verify invoices
• identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
