What you'll do

• Lead visual interface design for platform engagements
• architect and govern design systems and component libraries
• maintain visual quality across typography, color, spacing, iconography, motion, and interactions
• partner with engineering, product management, platform architects, and Experience Strategy
• embed WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility
• run design critiques and governance
• manage and mentor UI designers
• and present design rationale and platform vision to client stakeholders.
