What you'll do

• Provide primary care within scope of practice and privileging
• assess patients and develop treatment plans
• order and monitor medications, labs, and diagnostic studies
• refer patients to specialty or hospital care when indicated
• educate and counsel patients
• coordinate scheduling with clinic staff
• document care in CPRS
• consult with referring clinicians
• initiate social work referrals for identified homeless persons.
