Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite at Fernwood Court Apartments in Oregon City, OR, and pays $30 per hour. The position reports to the Property Manager and supports the operation of the 110-unit apartment community. The supervisor oversees property maintenance and helps ensure residents’ homes and shared facilities are maintained safely and reliably. The role also includes a region-based rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
