Job overview
The Clinical Supervisor role is onsite in Newark, DE. Compensation starts at $27 per hour and is commensurate with experience and education. Brandywine Counseling provides substance abuse and behavioral health treatment and community services. This supervisor provides clinical direction in an outpatient therapeutic setting, supporting counselors and peers and helping ensure treatment, documentation, and agency practices meet applicable standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
What you'll do
- Review counselor and peer caseloads
- conduct and promote staff orientation, training, and development
- approve treatment plans, progress notes, and discharges
- confer with medical staff and the program manager
- participate in case consultations, meetings, and trainings
- maintain client records in accordance with Joint Commission, Delaware licensure, and CSAT standards
- ensure agency procedures are followed. A small caseload may be required based on census.
