What you'll do

• Configure and support SAP SD/Order-to-Cash processes, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, intercompany, third-party, and consignment
• lead fit-to-standard workshops and document current and target processes
• write functional specifications for RICEF objects and coordinate with ABAP, integration, and Fiori teams
• support EDI/IDoc and API interfaces
• configure and troubleshoot aATP
• support SIT, UAT, defect triage, and go-live readiness
• provide production support and root-cause analysis.
