The Veterinary Client Care Coordinator — Internal Medicine role is onsite in Wheat Ridge, CO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $19–$23 per hour. What you'll do

• Serve as liaison among clients, referring veterinarians, and the internal medicine team
• schedule appointments, rechecks, and diagnostic procedures
• communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and next steps
• manage referrals and ensure records and diagnostics are received
• support clients through complex cases
• prepare cost estimates, discuss financial options, process payments, and maintain practice-management records.
