What you'll do

• Provides daily living assistance including bathing, toileting, and grooming.
• Records vital signs and assists with transfers and repositioning.
• Documents resident care and communicates changes in condition to the charge nurse.
• Assists with dining and food preparation.
• Maintains infection prevention and control standards.
