What you'll do

• Support attorneys and legal staff throughout legal matters
• maintain case files, records, and documentation
• communicate with clients, courts, outside counsel, vendors, and stakeholders
• draft, prepare, review, and organize legal documents
• coordinate meetings, hearings, depositions, and proceedings
• track deadlines and compliance requirements
• conduct legal research
• file documents with courts and agencies
• assist with trial, hearing, arbitration, and mediation preparation
• protect confidentiality and follow legal regulations and organizational policies.
