What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day facility operations
• develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• inspect facilities and prioritize repairs
• coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-protection systems
• perform occasional minor repairs within licensing requirements
• manage vendor and tenant relationships
• evaluate proposals and service performance
• monitor facility expenses
• coordinate inspections and compliance actions
• manage office supplies and equipment
• support workspace setup, moves, events, and emergency preparedness.
