Test Scrum Master II

What you'll do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• coach the team on Scrum practices and remove delivery or testing impediments
• align test strategy execution with product goals, sprint commitments, and quality standards
• coordinate with QA, developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders on acceptance criteria and defect triage
• track velocity, throughput, defect leakage, and test progress
• drive team continuous improvement.
