The Director of Resident Well-Being role is hybrid in Greater Seattle, WA. Compensation is $117,978–$132,891 per year. Plymouth Housing develops and operates permanent supportive housing for adults who have experienced chronic homelessness, pairing long-term housing with onsite services. The director leads implementation of the organization’s resident-services and case-management model, guiding managers and care teams. The role strengthens consistent, values-aligned service through quality assurance, staff development, cross-team coordination, program improvement, safety planning, and budget and compliance oversight.

What you'll do

• Develop and operationalize resident well-being strategies aligned with FCS and PSH models
• supervise Resident Well-Being Managers and care teams
• coordinate with portfolio management, housing operations, and facilities
• oversee documentation reviews, KPI monitoring, and policy updates
• identify service gaps and lead improvements
• collaborate with health, risk, and safety partners
• facilitate PSH best-practice training
• assist with budgets, expense approvals, and compliance monitoring.
