What you'll do

• Complete at least 90 days of hands-on field work as an Operations Management Trainee
• train field workers
• enforce OSHA standards
• manage equipment, tools, materials, and PPE
• conduct site audits and quality-control visits
• maintain work vehicles
• respond to customer service requests
• oversee vehicle staging and job loading
• manage inventory and local purchases
• troubleshoot equipment
• maintain vendor relationships
• verify daily logs and crew time records
• attend morning meetings and provide input on crew lead selection.
